What AvioArc is not
AvioArc does not guarantee compliance with 14 CFR Part 5, is not FAA-approved, and does not replace an operator's own SMS, Director of Safety or operational judgement. It is not a certified FOQA programme, and it does not determine pilot fault from a single event. It exists to give an operator's own safety-assurance process better evidence to work from.
An operator owns its own data and decisions. Analysis is non-punitive by design — this is a tool for a safety team, not for scoring individual pilots.
